They will not be able to submit the form unless they hit accept. Next, we'll choose the response destination. This form has to be linked to a spreadsheet for the Document Studio add-on to work. Our form is now ready. We create a document template that will be merged. I go to Docs and create a new template. I'll just pick one of the ready-made templates. This has some dummy data, so I'll enter a couple of variable fields here.
